Refunds / Complaints
In Store Purchases:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or a full refund, provided it is returned with a valid receipt. Items returned within one calendar month of the date of purchase, but over 14 days will be refunded via a credit note which will be valid for 6 months.

Items returned must be unused, in their original condition and be complete with all packaging, labels and where appropriate, any accessory as originally supplied. Please note that refunds within 14 days will only be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For reasons of health & hygiene, some items such as lingerie and bedding are specifically excluded from our returns policy, as are any items that have been specially ordered for you and also all large electrical items.

We regret that we are unable to entertain any request for refund or exchange of goods purchased more than one month ago. To avoid embarrassment to both you and our staff, we ask for your co-operation in not seeking a refund or exchange outside of this period.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please remember to retain your receipt as it will be required if you seek a refund.

Online Purchases:
​​
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. We will fully refund the purchase price of the goods only. Returns must be complete, unused in their original condition. Delivery charges are not refundable. Once we receive the goods a refund will be issued to the same payment method used when they were purchased.

We suggest using a tracked or signed for service for your return postage so that you know your package has been delivered.

Complaints:
​
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product.
